SET-UP

Set Up Crew (12:00–4:00 pm) help with all aspects of set up: registration, tables, décor, and signage. We need 6 volunteers.

SMILE AMBASSADORS

Greeters/Good-Byers (5:00-7:00 pm & 9:00-10:00 pm) greet and welcome guests, answer questions and direct them to registration. Volunteers will be positioned at the main doors and throughout the event. At the end of the event, direct guests to parking lot and thank them for their attendance. We need 4 volunteers.

Registration (5:00-10:00 pm) volunteers will manage all guest information: Registration, purchases, check-out. Volunteers will be stationed at a computer. Volunteers will receive all training on site. Comfort with computers and good customer service is recommended but the process is very easy and can be learned quickly onsite. Volunteers in this role will be in their positions the entire event. We need 5 volunteers.

Golden Ticket Sales during the Cocktail Reception (5:00-7:15pm) greet and welcome guests, be friendly but firm and encourage raffle tickets sales. Discuss the raffle ticket purchasing process and what items are up for raffle. Volunteers must be friendly, outgoing, have over-the-top customer service skills and experience selling and closing deals. We need 4 volunteers.

Seating Hosts (5:45pm–6:30 pm) greet and welcome each guest, look up their name/company name on guest list and direct them or usher them to their table. At the end of the event, thank each guest for their attendance. We need 2 volunteers.

Auction Set Up & Runners (5:00–9:00 pm) support the silent auction by passing tracking sheets from the Columbia Room to the data entry computers. Help deliver packages to winning bidders at check out We need 4 volunteers.

CLEAN-UP

Clean Up Crew (9:00 – 10:30 pm) load up remaining supplies and décor that needs to return to the office. Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable shoes. We need 4 volunteers.
